ReStore Policies Minimize

Return Policy

Items may be returned for EXCHANGE OR CREDIT ONLY within 10 business days of purchase providing you have the original sales receipt.  Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of return.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if there is evidence of damage or tampering. Store credits are not valid at other ReStores.

NO REFUNDS

Untested items marked 'AS IS' do not qualify for returns.

Payment

We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, debit, and check. Checks are processed electronically at the time of purchase. The ReStore does not 'hold' items.

You may call and purchase an item over the phone with a credit card provided the item has not been sold.

Item Pick-up

All items MUST be collected within three business days after date of purchase.

All SOLD items left at the ReStore are NOT the responsibility of the ReStore. Sold items left longer than three busniess days may be disposed of in any manner by the ReStore staff.

Pricing

All efforts are made to ensure a consistency of pricing.  Age, wear, quality, and quantity are all factors used in determining pricing for materials in the store. Due to the enormous amount and wide range of materials that come through the store,  there is no guarantee we will price merchandise exactly the same each time. At the discretion of the staff, merchandise that is unmarked at check-out may be pulled from the sales floor and reprocessed at a later date.

Items are priced to sell, not negotiate.

Store Hours: Tuesday - Friday 10am - 6pm  •  Saturday 8am - 4pm  •  Closed Sunday & Monday
